Use
To deliver shellfish to a packaging line in weighed lots.
How it is used / deployed
1) Shellfish are loaded into the infeed hopper. 2) During bulk fill of weigh hopper, both the main and dribble belt run until set point one is reached at a pre-determined setting below the final desired weight. 3) After set point one is reached, then the main belt stops and the dribble belt operates until the final desired weight is reached (note 2lb operated on dribble only). 4) A switch on front of the control pannel allows for quick change between weights.
Features / benefits
5 or 10 lb may be manually re-pprogrammed as requred, as long as the first setting is lower than the second.
