Constructed of stainless steel. The drive is a TEFC gearmotor with an electric switch. Units can have casters or adjustable feet. The water of the washer can be re-circulated through a settling box to remove mud and seaweed thus conserving water.
Use
To wash and grade oysters.
How it is used / deployed
The oysters are emptied onto a conveyor belt which runs through a high pressure water wash tunnel where dirt is removed. The oysters then pass by an area where the oyster are visually graded and placed onto a divided belt to discharge into boxes at the discharge end. The washing and grading can be accomplished on one conveyor belt or two separate conveyors as shown above.
